Aaron specializes in advising emerging cleantech businesses on corporate, development, and policy matters. He operates with a broad understanding of the business, technological, legal and political trends that drive the U.S. renewable energy market. Aaron has worked with law firms, government agencies, and businesses of all sizes, giving him a uniquely comprehensive approach to solving legal issues.
In the past, Aaron has helped clients develop state-level solar policy positions, comply with federal administrative law, manage large commercial contracts, perform due diligence on commercial properties, and limit clients' liabilities through intellectual property law and corporate formation techniques. Aaron is also experienced in marketing and communications, and draws from these business skills to advise clients on external communications matters.
Aaron holds a J.D. and Certificate of Environmental and Natural Resources Law from The Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, and a B.A. degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
