Abu Dhabi and Azerbaijan are making tremendous efforts to join the renewable energy revoloution. The two countries recently signed on what is a historic agreement between them to develop up to 10GW of projects in Azerbaijan – covering 1GW each of onshore wind and solar PV, plus 2GW of “integrated offshore wind and green hydrogen projects”, said a statement from the developer. The agreement will enable the countries to actively meet green energy goals and ambitions.
