Deborah Ruggiero to substantially increase renewable energy production and supply by requiring that 100 percent of Rhode Island’s electricity be offset by renewable production by 2033. This important legislation will assist the state in meeting their ambitious goals for clean energy. Rhode Island law requires the state to achieve economy-wide net-zero emissions by 2050.
