President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law aimed at improving competitive conditions for electricity generation from alternative sources. The document aims to stabilize the renewable energy market and strengthen investment attractiveness through new financing mechanisms and long quota auctions.
Also provided is the allowance for deviation of the actual installed capacity of the facility within 10% of the capacity for which support has been received. This solution is explained by technical features of generating equipment, which sometimes lead to minor deviations from the planned capacity.
