Danielle is a renewable energy attorney with a background in corporate and transactional law. She has served as in-house counsel for a multinational renewable energy company where she provided day-to-day legal advice on business, commercial, and strategic matters and negotiated and drafted various transactional documents including: power purchase agreements, turbine supply agreements, engineering and construction contracts, RFPs and Heads of Agreement, sale and purchase agreements, asset swaps and hedges, ISDA agreements, and a variety of day-to-day commercial contracts.
Prior to working in the renewable energy industry, Danielle worked as a corporate lawyer in the transactional and capital markets team of a leading law firm where she provided advice to local and international clients in relation to corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border transactions and capital raisings.
Danielle attended law school at Washington University in St. Louis where she was the recipient of the Scholar in Law Award, and was an editor of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. She is admitted to the California bar.
