Jeff Lewis has been practicing law in Southern California since 1996. He is a certified appellate specialist by the California State Bar.
Mr. Lewis attended University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics in 1992. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 1996.
Mr. Lewis has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1996, and is admitted to practice before the California and U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California, the Eastern District of Michigan as well as the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth and Sixth Circuits. Mr. Lewis is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Jeff Lewis has represented real estate developers and homeowners over the years with respect to navigating California’s Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as well as planning, zoning and government law. Jeff is a former Planning Commission for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and is familiar with the process of obtaining land use approvals for residential and commercial developments.
