Portland: CLP Attorney Diane Henkels will give at Oregon State University as part of the university’s Winter Seminar Series for the renewable materials students. Diane will be speaking on small scale renewable energy project in Oregon and address similarities and differences between small scale and utility scale projects, identify key aspects including micro-siting, and discuss examples of renewable energy projects.
