Cleantech Law Partners founder and managing partner Jack Jacobs gave a presentation at this year’s SolarCon Conference in Hyderabad, India. Jack’s lecture was entitled, “Successful Solar Laws & Policies: Lessons Learned Around the World.” Mr. Jacobs compared and contrasted a number of the most progressive and effective laws and policies and highlighted lessons elements of renewable energy laws that could help grow the solar industry in India.
