Los Angeles: Cleantech Law Partners presented a poster at the WINDPOWER 2011 Conference & Exhibition in Anaheim, CA. The annual event is the focal point for wind professionals to learn about wind issues, technology, and policy. CLP’s presentation was based on an article previously published by CLP Attorney’s in Wind Power Monthly, a leading wind industry publication. The poster and article were entitled, “Ensure the Big Turbines Don’t Fall Foul of the Law” and focused on legal challenges facing the wind energy project developers and manufactures as the the size of wind turbines continues to increase.
