The White House has developed a new initiative to help reach net-zero emissions. Included in this new policy is federal money towards research for energy technology. The administration also released a new road map identifying five initial key areas for energy research and development to reach net zero by 2050: power grids, aviation, fusion energy, efficient buildings and net-zero fuels and industrial products. We look forward to reaping the benefits of this new initiative and seeing the effects on the renewable energy landscape in the US.
